We want you to enjoy your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return.
We offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on any items returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return, please email customer service at Shop@retailczar.com and please provide the following information:
- Customer Name
- Order Number
- Date Purchased
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
Once we have received this information, we will provide you with a RA (return authorization) along with a return shipping label.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of item(s), we will process the full refund (excluding shipping costs). Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and will post within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
You can follow the process of your package using the tracking number assigned to your return label.
We will notify you by email to confirm your return has been processed.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges, however, please contact customer service with any questions, as we want you to be satisfied with your Retail Czar experience.
Gift cards are not returnable.
